An Inauguration Ceremony for the Medical School Promotion Committee Was Held at Daejin University 2021-05-20

 

On May 13th, an Inauguration Ceremony for the Medical School Promotion Committee was held in the international conference hall on the 6th floor of the Central Library of Daejin University. Participants who attended the inauguration ceremony included the president of Daejin University, Leem Youngmoon, members of the National Assembly in the metropolitan area and the northern regions of Gyeonggi and Gangwon, heads of local governments, regional and municipal lawmakers in the province, representatives of civic and social organizations, and representatives from various companies.

The event started with congratulatory remarks delivered by the advisors and the chairman of the Medical School Promotion Committee. This was followed by a congratulatory video, a report on promotional planning, a launch declaration, an introduction of the committee members and their activities, an awarding of the letter of commission, and a performance to wish the Medical School Promotion Committee success on their project. The ceremony concluded by expressing a desire to establish a medical school that will improve the northern Gyeonggi-Gangwon region’s currently underdeveloped medical system, provide military medical support, and realize universal medical welfare.
